A lot has happened and at the same time a lot hasn't happened. I say this because the models and estimates of growth are coming true. Exponents and logarithms are harder to explain. And I don't think human nature readily understands and grasps these concepts. But if you do understand, well, you've know what's coming and likely what's to come.

I did some open source contributions [0] to a covid dna tracing project. So far there are ~8 strains of novel coronavirus 2019.

Today is rent and mortgage day. I think we'll get a better idea of the delinquency rates by end of week. This shouldn't have a major effect this week. I definitely expect this to have an effect depending on how widespread it is.
